The Ismail Sabri Government and the Official Opposition, Pakatan Harapan (PH),  have signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding for Transformation and Political Stability, marking an attempt for multi-partisan collaboration facilitated by key institutional reforms such as parliamentary reform, anti-hopping mechanism, PM term limit, upgrade of the status of Parliamentary Select Committees, equal constituency development fund for government and PH parliamentarians.
